Generate More Traffic With Bing News PubHub

This week Bing released a new tool for content publishers to find their work through more readers. Bing News PubHub allows publishers to submit their websites for distribution to Bing users. The company claims that publishers of all sizes will be able to use this tool to reach a Bing audience with new and interesting content.

As an argument for considering Bing News PubHub to be a news doorway for sharing your content, Bing makes the following claims:

  • More than 20% of the U.S. desktop search retail uses Bing and this can be proven with the recent comScore number, which helps them get the "most comprehensive and relevant news" (hard to support this claim with actual statistics).
  • Millions of Desktop users search Bing through Cortana and Find content through the Outlook News Connector.
  • The news content is available in the Bing Search app available on iOS and Android.

"When blog owners submit their blog or website through the Bing Publisher Network, they have just increased their reach by exposing their stories and outlets even more."

You must first become a verified publisher to start using Bing PubHub, which can be done in three steps:

  1. Follow the Bing Webmaster Guidelines, a set of rules similar to Google's Webmaster Guidelines
  2. Verify that you own the site using Bing's Webmaster Tools, which has a dashboard similar to Google's Search Console
  3. And fill out the form here to submit your website for consideration

However, even after that entire process, your content may not meet Bing's criteria for submission if it does not meet the requirements below:

  • Newsworthiness: Content reporting on timely events and topics of interest to users.
  • Originality: Content that provides unique facts or perspectives.
  • Authority: Identify the source, author, and all content attributes.
  • Readability: This includes creating content with proper grammar and spelling as well as site design that is easy for users to navigate.

More updates and features are said to be on the way, according to the Bing News team.

Understanding The Background of Network Marketing

Understanding The Background of Network Marketing Network marketing  is a business model that depends on a network of distributors to grow the business. It often involves three types of systematic strategies for  making money : lead generation, recruitment, and building and management. There are three different types of network marketing, including single-tier, two-tier and multi-level. Single-tier network marketing With single-tier network marketing, you can sign up for their affiliate programs to sell their products or services. You do not need to hire other distributors and all your salary comes from direct sales. Popular beauty company Avon uses single-tier networking marketing. In some online affiliate programs, you get paid for the traffic you drive to the affiliated website.  Other examples of single-tier network marketing are Pay-per-click and Pay-per-lead. Two-tier network marketing Unlike single-tier  network marketing , two-tier network marketi...
